My dear friend Antonio you know how I have spent my means by keeping up a more fashionable standard than my modest income will allow me to continue. I do not complain at having to drop this lordly style of living, but my main desire is to come out of the great debt in which my extravagant expenditure has landed me.

In my school days when I had lost an arrow then I shoot another arrow of same size and in same direction by keeping a more keenful watch and by risking my both to recover my first. If you will give me a second loan I will be using it in such a way that I can recover at least my second loan.
