I loved my husband a lot and I took a good care of him. I never thought something like this could ever happen to him. though I seemed to be quite strong in front of him but I used to cry secretly as I saw his smile fading away. but duke was a boon to us. I was not in favour of bringing Duke at home as he had a violent behaviour but I decided to bring him home from the canal for the sake of my husband who felt quite lonely at home. I never thought that when I was out for work duke was helping chuck to recover. after a few days of bringing him home I saw him walking a little on his foot while holding duke's lash. I was unable to show my joy. however I used to dislike duke before but he helped chuck to come to life once again. everybody including me, his friends and chuck himself lost all the hope but duke did not. duke actually saved his life and was more than his friends. my attitude towards duke changed after knowing that duke is the one who can be called the saviour and best friend of chuck.
