him:"we should never overeat. avoid excess carbohydrates and fatty foods. fruits and veggies are essential in my diet. remember "eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a common man and dinner like a pauper""

him:"I love Punjabi songs the most."

him:"as a captain I should never diacourag a the players of my team rather the members of my second family. each of them have their own potentials and thus I have no faves. all are equal"
