Dear Mother
I hope my letter finds you in the best of health and spirits.
I am very happy at my new school. I am really enjoying life in a boarding school. The school has the ideal surroundings. We have students from all over India and I have made a few friends. We have a set of routine to follow. We have regular study and games hours in our school. We are taken to the town once a week. Our hostel warden is very strict but friendly. He sees that we do not feel homesick. The atmosphere in the school is very good for studies. I am quite satisfied with the school. The exam paper was too hard especially maths an physics. So that`s why I have scored very low marks in the last examination. the main reason is that they are not providing sufficient time instead of collecting earlier as much as possible

The result of my third semester is out, and they are not satisfactory, rather inferior. I was suffering from flu here and sat for the exams from the sick bed. However, I am optimistic and working hard to do better in the coming semesters.
