Dear Didi,

Hope you are doing fine. I am doing fine too. My project work is running here and will be done in 4 more weeks.

I have come to know that your daily habits are being disturbed and are turning out to be improper during the break between the completion of your course and you joining date of your job. I quite understand that this is the time you are supposed to feel relaxed and enjoy your holidays. But I heard that you have been neglecting your food, work and rest hours. Your preparation and work are definitely needed for your future job, but then I think that this is the time you need to shape your day and life well. I feel you really got to stick to strict times and never neglect your timely food and your timely rest.

A healthy routine is very much needed for a human to maintain a healthy life. If our routine is neglected, not only our health is affected but also that our mind feels dull and dim. You still have five months to join into your new job. I feel that this is the best time to plan and sort out your daily routine. Without perfect health and routine, we cannot be successful in life. So, with lots of love, I suggest you draw a healthy time table to have brighter days. Also, suggesting you to include timely rest, food and exercise in your time table.

Dear Sister,

It grieves me to see you in this condition. Our family sent me to Kolkata to study hard and fulfil my dreams but what I see after going away is that you are completely ignoring your health, work and rest and are not keeping well most of the time.

I implore you to please change these reckless habits of yours and start living a healthy life. We are all very worried about you and we really care about you. So please take my advice and change your habits. Go to bed early and wake up in the morning early as early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. Have your meals three times a day and do consume fruits daily. Stay hydrated and have lots of water. Also try to maintain a regular sleep pattern and try to get at least seven hours of undisturbed sleep. Do not ignore your work and study hard.

I am away now so I can’t look after you but since you are at home don’t take the advantage of my absence. Please do not spoil your health. Take care of yourself and also mom and dad. I am very much upset because of this and I do not wish to see you in ill health. Write to me soon.
