To Find :  plot a  point at the location

(-2 1/2 , - 4)

Solution:

Intersection of origin is ( 0 , 0)

To locate (-2 1/2 , 4)

Ist go left from origin  and then choose mid point of -2  & - 3

Then from there go 4 units downward

and Mar the point

Point is (-2 1/2 , 4)
