if i am a collector i will do my level best to reduce the crimes in the district.i will solve the problems of the people and take care of the farmers during any crisis.i will maintain the law and order. i will collect the land revenue,income tax dues,excise dues,irrigation dues etc correctly without doing any cheating or bribing.
