imagine that you are using computer to write an application for one day leave.
(a) where is the word processor program that you are running located?
(b) where are the character you have typed?

the world processor program will be in the ram(Random access memory)

but the characters will be saved in the rom where it will permanently save

Explanation:

ram (Random access memory) will save any memory until the computer shuts down ,when done so all data in the ram will be deleted

rom(Read-only memory) will save any data stored in it permanently
