The Ridge road is a large open space, located in the heart of Shimla. It is the hub of all cultural activities of the capital. It is situated along the Mall Road, which is the famous shopping center of Shimla. Most major places of the city like Snowdon, Mall, Jakhoo hill, etc. are connected through the Ridge making it act like a connecting centre. This place is scattered with small shops and offers a beautiful view. One can see visitors sitting around here all throughout the day. It basically have everything. One can find a certain calmness in the chaotic place.
