Imagine that you stayed at a hotel “Hotel Beach Bay” for a family vacation but had a very bad  experience. Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the hotel explaining why you were  dissatisfied and what you would like them to do about the situation. Your letter should include  the following points:  

• The dates between which you stayed at the hotel  

• Details of the bad experience you had with the cleaning service  

• Details of your complaints about the room you stayed in  

• What you would like the hotel to do about it
