Hydrosphere I.E. water, is very important part of human life also, but talking about its effect in climatic conditions of earth, it is the start point of water cycle. Sea, having most of the earth's water, is the major evaporation point of water cycle.

   But if there is no water on earth, water cycle will not sustain, leading to end of rainy season. There will be no rain and the temperature of earth will rise high. As a result, there will be no winters also and the whole climate of earth will be destroyed.
