:River gypsies are an ethnic group of people in Bangladesh. They are known as "water gypsies" to the local people.These people roam across our rivers and waters from May to December in small country boats. These boats are their houses and these people are a part of our waters. In winter, many water bodies dry up. At that time they return to the mainland. They do not have any education. So our government feels the necessity to bring them under formal education.For this purpose some organization are running special schools on boat to educate the gypsies children. However, if there is a boat-school in our area to teach the gypsy children, I will involve myself as well as my friends to teach the gypsy children. We will make several plans about our teaching techniques. We will visit them every Friday by boat. At first we will talk with their parents and will tell them about the importance of education and the bright future of their wards.
