Dear Diary:

I am so excited today as I have

returned back to earth after 4 years. So many days were spent in commuting to thered planet.

I spent almost three years on Mars in the special metal houses made

by the scientists. Most of the time I had to stay indoors the metal house. very

rarely we went outside to explore the new planet in the rover vehicle. There is

perfect stillness on Mars. The view of earth from there was divinely beautiful.

At times I wondered why are we so much intent upon making Mars hospitable when

we have such a beautiful and life-friendly planet of our own? There I realized

how invaluable and unique our planet is. But we the human beings have damaged the planet so much.
