Sales department is affected very much due to the lockdown, 90% of the sale comes from the travellers and due to lockdown it affects a lot in room selling and also affected our food nd beverage department.

Most of the revenue generating department is front office and food and beverage and culinary so due to less travellers in india it shows a drastic change in the revenue department.

And due to less revenue the paying of the employees got deducted to 50 % and most of the contractual staffs are fired.

Banquets are the major source of the revenue to the hotel industry and dur to lockdown meetings , conferences, marriage receptions etc have been affected.

Though the work balance is totally different from what it was and what it is now.
