Tribal community consists of those who are the intrinsic part of our Forest resources. They cannot be separated out from their own house which is forest. These are considered as the "Protector of Forest".

They usually are separated out from the mainstream community and hence unique way of living.

The occupation and activities they do in hilly areas are:

• Agriculture- They are practising the agriculture and sets out the example of being self sufficient in their livelihoood. In the hilly areas, mostly "Slash and Burn" type of agriculture is practised by tribal community. They continuosly shifting inside the forest only.
• Grazing Animals- This is the another work down by them while residing the hills. They often get a chance of open fields and forests which made them to graze their animals there.
