Wednesday, 2nd May
Time - 9:25 pm (Time on right side)

Today I am grief stricken, tears will fall from my eyes while I will describe my feelings.

Today I lost my dearest pet, my best friend, my Saviour, an angel in disguise for me, Duke.
He breathed his last in the hospital today.
He was the one who supported me and brought me back on my feet and lifted my numb spirits, when all hopes died, and like seemed to be total black, he was the one who showed me a ray of hope.

If he wasn't there, I would have been on bed my whole life. His determination, his patience inspired me and filled me with strength. Today he isn't with me, but till I breathe my last, he will be alive in my heart.


His death has created a void in my life that's hard to fill and a deep cut in my heart which no one can cure, but Duke taught me to face the pain with courage, and I will face this pain with courage.

Dear Diary,

Today is the most painful and horrible day of my life. The passing away of Duke, who was my constant companion broke my heart and I feeling restless. Duke was in a major role in my recovering process. Duke gave me will power and confidence to stand after that horrible and deadly accident. Duke was responsible in spreading happiness in my life after my accident. His courage to face the obstacles of life taught me the values of life.

Today, an order came through my chemical companies headquarters that I'm appointed as the National Sales Manager. Its only because of Duke that I have reached to such a level in my life. I will work hard day and night and my hard work and success will be a tribute to my beloved companion, Duke.
