Dear Sir ,

I am writing this letter in reference to the hand bag and mobile phone  of my wife Roma Talereja's  in the Navjivan express on3 jan 2020. I travelled from Chennai to Anand in the coach S4 and my seat number was 45. Unfortunately, when Salem was about to reach, I realized that my wife's hand bag and mobile phone  was missing.

         Although I screamed and alerted co-passengers about the missing hand bag and mobile phone , there was no concrete information from anyone. At that moment, I was very much frustrated as the hand  bag  and mobile phone that my wife  lost had all her education and experience certificates. My travel to Anand was related to an interview and I made it through as well.

To complete the joining formalities with the company she is  supposed to submit her original certificates as early as possible. Although she  made a request to universities and old companies for the issuance of her duplicate certificates, I believe a quick search action from Railways would certainly help to get my wife roma's hand bag and mobile phone.
