Explanation:

Flip the rowboat at the very least. I am not sure why it is sinking-

Either way, flipping it over will slow the sinking and should hopefully keep it buoyant enough to use it as a semi-flotation device.

Make sure I hold onto a paddle no matter what.

One thing- What kind of sharks? Not all are dangerous. If its the non dangerous kind… If I’m on a rowboat, I’m probably not that far from shore, meaning I could just swim.

If they are the dangerous kind- clamber onto my make shift flotation device, and hope they just go away. If all they sense is a piece or plastic or wood or similar material, if I am far enough out of the water, that’s not going to interest them much.

And if they get too curious and come by to nudge my unfortunate flotation device, I’ll do my best to beat them over the head with the paddle.

Once they go away, I’ll do my best to get my upside down boat to shore by paddling.
