Ita difficult to have a perfect routine because we have to take care of a sick mother which can't get up and walk so our daily routine will be like this

Get up at 6 00

Make a break fast to mother

Fresh up then fresh up there mother

Feed my mother

Then make lauch

then go to work

Come back to home

Feed my mother

go to sleep for an hour

Wake up and then make dinner

Go and talk to my mother for 2 to more hours

then complete the work

then feed my mother get them for sleep and tnen go to sleep
