If it makes them happy I would go for it. I would feel ashamed of raising my kids as parents who couldn't give their youngsters knowledge about value of bonds. I would further look upon my past self if I made a reckless decision like that, neglecting those because of whom I cam into this world, could feel being loved and cared.
