Hello my friends. I want to highlight my views on Private Quelch who has become a nuisance not just for me but also for many others. He thinks it is important to show his knowledge and thus interrupts in between our training sessions. Everyone is angry at him, mainly those who give lessons to us. He doesn't give anybody a chance to speak and always boasts of his knowledge. With him around, one cannot concentrate on his or her work. I am not saying that being knowledgeable is bad but using your knowledge in the correct way is important. I think the only solution to curb this problem is to boycott him. We all need to come together. We should ignore him and behave as if he is not present. I hope my speech inspired you to take responsible steps to stop this menace.
