I am Parth Singh, a resident of the village of Moga. I am writing this letter to draw your attention to our locality's unsanitary conditions. The drainage systems are in the worst of conditions, a light shower also causes waterlogging. The manholes are wide open, causing danger to everyone. The day before yesterday, a little puppy fell inside a manhole and died. The sewage water floods now and then gets inside our houses.
