Answer:

Minhaj-i-Siraj said that the queen's rule went against the ideal social order created by God, in which women were supposed to be subordinate to men. He said this about Raziya Sultana who became the ruler after the death of her father Iltutmish. Raziya was the first child of Iltutmish.

Minhaj I Siraj was a chronicler during the rule of raziya sultan . He was agreed that she was more qualified and capable than her brother but he was not happy as having a queen as a ruler.
