imagine you are selected to organise 5th anniversary celebration of your institute describe your plan and what will your plan and what you will need to do to organise it

First of all l will notify the students of all the classes by the means of a notice to the school notice board and invite them to participate in the various honourable activities such as singing , dancing,speech, decoration etc .And finally we will have a discussion afterwards that is 7 days  before function...and l will arrange a small audition for these events for the participating students to arrange everything in a proper way....
