Subject: Concern about lack of women safety in our area.
Respected Sir,
1, on behalf of the residents of our area, would like to bring to your notice the need of safety of women. Yesterday at 8 pm a lady called Garima was attacked by unknown persons. Somehow, she could save herself with the help of pedestrians nearby. Similar incidents like chain snatching and pick pocketing have also been observed in our area.
Due to this, women hesitate to go out. Its time to curb such type of uncultured behavior. The culprits should have threat of law and order. My suggestion is that there should be 24 hours police patrolling in our area. Every lane and cross road area should be covered with CCTV.
As a Police Commissioner you must be aware of the need of such measures. Hope you will do the needful.
