If I would be the transport commissioner of the district I would implement strict laws such as:

No vehicle of 50 years old would be allowed to run on the roads.

Pollution check up is must for all the vehicle in a month.

To prevent the situation like in Delhi I would also implement odd even laws before only...

The laws which are already made in the district but not enforced properly I would try to enforce them..

And as a main work of transport commissioner is to provide licence to the children those who are above 18 I would provide them but after checking that they know all the rules and the safety measures that should be taken during a drive...
