Sir,
I am Diksha, secretary of the sports club of XYZ School. We ordered two dozen boxes of ping-pong balls and a dozen of table tennis bats on 1st March 2020. We received half of the order on 20th March 2020, which contained two dozen boxes of ping-pong balls along with a letter saying that the rest of the order will be delivered soon. It is already 20th May 2020 now, and till now we haven't received the rest of the order, i.e., A dozen of table tennis bats.
Two months have already passed. We are in lack of table tennis bats. Students aren't able to practice table tennis. We also have a tournament in few months for which regular practice is required but due to lack of required number of bats, we are facing a lot of problems.
We tried to reach you by call, but it went unanswered. Kindly deliver the rest of the order on an urgent basis or else we will be bound to take an action against your company.
