Dear diary,

As you know i hve a big nd beautiful garden. Children everyday come and play in my garden. At srting i use to get anger but now when i see that garden without children is so unpleasent. Without innocence of children the garden seems very uneasy to me. It was wonderful to watch children play.

'the selfish gaint' is a part of collection of stories which oscar wilde wrote for children. as a children's story, the theme of the selfish gaint is appreciable on the surface, it is caution against selfishness. the tale is a lovely story of friendship and forgiveness. once the gaint sees that sharing and friendship are plesant and rewarding. he chooses to share inspired by loving small child under tree. the gaint died more fulfiled because of many years watched the children. the message is intended to be that eveyone can change and learn life lessons and that everyone has something to share one to give to other around.
