Dear J,

Thanks a lot for the money you gave in the act of charity.

But you would be surprised after reading this letter. As  I told you earlier, Lencho has blind faith on god. I was eagerly waiting to see his reaction after receiving seventy pesos but the moment he opened the envelope, he became irked and wrote second letter, addressed to god. When I opened the mailbox, it said that of  the money that god sent him, only seventy pesos reached him. Lencho asked for the rest money. In addition to this, he asked god not to send money through the mail because we ( the post office employees ) are a bunch of crooks!

Instead of thanking, he blamed us. Strange man!

I'm impressed by the faith of Lencho. I fancy if I had such firm faith but the tragedy is that he doesn't has such faith and trust on the people who actually helped him. Sometimes it made me laugh. What if he get to know that we helped him?

Should I write a letter to Lencho in order to explain him that I was the medium through which God helped him and I've not stolen money? Actually, he needs to know that god can't come to help him! He can just show you path or give you a medium through which you can solve your obstacle. Lencho is such a hardworking man but his blind faith on god can trouble him someday.

Please suggest me the solution of  this problem.

Waiting for your reply.

Answer:

Average speed = Total Distance / Total Time

Given that,

Total distance = 200 m

Total time = 40 s

Substituting thes values in we get,

Average speed = 200 / 40

Average speed = 20/4

Average speed = 5 m/s
