I would describe them money as if they need anything or face deduction of something, to get that thing on Earth they need to apply a type of barter system. By giving money we would get the thing which is being wanted by us.

The money makes the people eager and greedy and also makes it addicted of it.

I would also ask them that if on their planet is there anything like money.
