Our school organised a picnic for all the students in our grade,it was near a river with a pleasant atmosphere and a cool environment.Me and my friends decided we wanted to play football, we searched for an open place and started playing there were nine of us playing the game. We were having a great time when suddenly the ball fell in the river. We all ran near the river to look for the ball, I was the only one who could swim among st us so i took my time and jumped into the river, i found the ball just when i was coming back a bird caught me from behind i was terrified it was not a big bird but i was scared I started crying out for help none of friends came forward. I started crying when my best friend came from no where and started throwing stones at the bird and helped me come out of the river.It was an incident which made our friendship even more stronger i can never forget it.
This Sunday, I with all my classmates, class teacher, music teacher and PT teacher, went for a picnic to River Beas.
After setting all the things,we all started playing games.
Some boys were playing cricket, some girls were playing hop and run.
I, Reeta and Rishabh were playing disc throw.
Our teacher asked us not to play near the river.
But when we saw the teachers busy we went a little far away and started playing.
Within a few minutes, I slipped and fell into the river.
The water was not much deep but was too chilly. Reeta and Rishab got scared.
They shouted but no none heard as were away from others.
Rishabh knew swimming. So he also jumped into the river and took me out of the water.
They both laid me on my stomach and pressed so that all the water comes out.
I was conscious after an hour.
When I opened my eyes, all the teachers were around me.
Rishab and Reeta were too tensed.
We three were very sorry for not listening to our teachers.
