7 p.m.

Dear Diary,

Today I met the famous cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni who has always been my favourite sports personality. It was a lucky chance that I got to meet him at the stadium where he was practicing and he graciously invited me to meet his teammates. The Indian dressing room has an aura around it, to actually have had the privilege of entering the hallowed portals left me with a sense of awe. What amazed me was how rooted the boys were, but especially so their captain. It made me so happy to see him behave like a normal person would and unlike a man of such great stature. He signed my autograph book, took several pictures with me and escorted me to the car park. It was truly a once in a lifetime moment for me.
