Imagine your self living in a place that has no rules and regulations.write down what it would be like

That place will be just like hell . anyone will kill anyone for even a small things u would not be able travel long distance by car as there will be lot of traffic everywhere .no signal present so I can consider that place as a hell

In my opinion the place without rules and regulations would be the worst place because people would not be bounded by any demarcations... they will do whatever they feel...and thats not safe for anyone either environment or human beings themselves...
