Nowadays, cell phones and video games are a major cause of children not studying. They are addicted to it.

Some ways I will recommend my sister to do to concentrate on her studies are :-

• Switch off your phone while studying.
• If not, keep it on airplane mode to avoid getting distracted

Ways she can concentrate more on studies -

• Stay hydrated
• Make notes interesting
• Use highlighters
• Download online studying sites
• Eat dark chocolate , as they help in staying concentrated.

Well, I probably guess this is now a common problem for almost each and every student especially those who are currently preceding through teenage period. A lot of distraction are found around us and the most interesting thing is that we even get addicted to these distraction. It becomes our habit. One such distraction which is distracting the most is mobile phones and various application. Especially the gaming application attracts students a lot.

To overcome this bad habit :-

• Try to build up a hobby and spend the time you waste playing games or using mobile phone on your hobbies.

• If you don't have any hobby, no worries! There are now some really useful apps available which locks your phone for a particular period of time setted by you and then automatically opens the lock once the time period is passed.

• Even if these two doesn't work, then probably will have to move towards a strict action which will include, taking away her phone and giving her the phone only when it would be a case of utmost urgency.

To concentrate on studies :-

• Well, nowadays apps are available for even improving concentration which actually works. Listening to those music your mind soothes and calms down, hence resulting in a better concentration level.

• Changing the attitude towards study. Just studying because you have to, will surely make studies boring. This attitude needs to be diminished.

• Should be curious about topics taught during class, hence while revising it will be easier to catch up.
