I will need capitals to do agriculture. HYV seeds can also help in having good yield. The place where I will do agriculture should be plain because plains are ideal for doing agriculture. Soil is the most fertile in plains.

For capitals I will have to take loan or borrow from villagers. Hope my crops will be good.
