Diary entry about how I felt when Gopi visited my house

Bengaluru,

4.00 pm.

Dear Diary,

 Today, my bother Gopi came to our house. My parents had gifted me a land of worth five lakhs for my marriage. I could not reject the gift. Me and my husband planned a small house in that area. We have already made arrangements for the same. Work also has started and we spoke to the architect.  

               Now my brother is asking me to sell that land and share the money. My parents never showed difference for me and brother. Felt very uncomfortable to say either yes or no. I had mentioned that work had started in the land. I hope he understands my situation and do not ask for the land again.
