I would give him/her medicine according to his condition . I would call my personal doctor and know more and help him/her . I would make a cotton cloth wet in warm water and keep it on his/her head , because his body should cool down . There are no hospital or station near by so it is so far. I will make him/her cool by the wet cloth. I would contact to near by station for emergency .
