As we know that there are still classes divided in trains, if we are travelling in a VIP class then surely the staff would provide the medicines or would tell us other features so that we can deal with, but if we are travelling in a normal class train then I would ask from my neighbor sitting passengers or if the train stops at any station for a while I will try to buy medicines or I will just try home remedy such as wet a cloth with cold water and soaked it and keep it in his head and follow the steps till the fever decreases.
