Though 70pesos are less/not adequate, something is better than nothing. If I was Lencho, I would have felt grateful, though not fully satisfied. With 70pesos I could try to cultivate new crops and could borrow the rest from someone. I would have felt thankful for God (from Lencho’s p.o.v) for granting me 70pesos without expecting anything in return.
