If I am with a passenger who is traveling alone and has high fever first of all I will take out my medical kit then,remove the thermometer and check his temperature.If it is very high i will take my handkerchief out and dip it in some water or call the emergency train service and ask them to help him. If there is no service available I will pull the emergency lever and ask the driver to stop the train. As soon as the train stops I will take him in a taxi and go to the nearest hospital to get him medicine.
