"I was very shocked when I found out that I was only an adopted child in this family. I felt bad about myself thinking why my parents abandoned me, and confused if I should be angry at my current family because they did not tell me before.

I have been crying for days now. But then, I realized that I should not be feel hatred towards the family who adopted me. They have supported me, loved me, and accepted me when my parents did not.

Instead of thinking about negative things, I should focus on the present and be thankful of the past. I am thankful that my current family loves me. "
