At first, I would close down every malls, theaters, and other public places to avoid gathering of people.
Every shop whether it be groceries, stationeries, etc. would be given a particular day and time to open.
Work from home for people from all sectors.

Only one person would be allowed from any colony, society, and other areas to go and buy the important needs for all the people of the colony or society .i.e. people can give him the list of things they want and that person will buy the things. That person will live separately from others. [ He/ she would be provided ID cards from police]
Police will be deployed at every corner.
In case, if anyone found roaming without any reason, he would be sentenced to 3 years jail and fine of Rs. 1,00,000.
Labourers and poor that are stuck in other cities can report to police and they will be moved to centres where they can get plenty of food and shelter.
