I Sylvester, Minister to our princess Natasha is writing this notice as a request from the princess.

She has a condition for her marriage and unless it is fulfilled she won't get married to anyone.

She wants on the occasion of her marriage to have every person in the village including animals to eat till they can't anymore. It is a direct order from the princess.
