Imaging as a teacher my experience is quite good. There is a huge as well as too fast competitions among the students. This results in stress for the students. In this type of academic competitions of the students, they are just focusing on the studies from 9th standard instead from lower classes. 
I am a Jr.College teacher and I experienced that the basic concepts of the students is not cleared since lower classes because of which they find difficulty while studying. This happens because teachers in lower standards takes teaching lineantly due to which students loses the importance of studies in that age and directly good quality teachers are found in higher standards which creates problem for students.
So, in this generation the world is in the need of good teachers in lower classes and thats what i experienced as most important.
