A Tree story never taught in schools
We are trees. We give you everything, starting from the air to breathe to the food you eat to survive. Books tell you that, When you keep on cutting us, There will be no oxygen, no food. But something books fail to tell you that, We too feel sad for being cut, We too cry. Though we may not move, We are living things for a reason. It is quite depressing for us, to see you destroy yourselves. Every tree can save a life. Plant a tree, As soon as you cut one of us. Please remember, You need us. You need us to live. The world is at great trouble now. Nothing can stop you Intelligent human from being extinct except us. We bear all pain, and can do so all our life but not the pain of seeing our friends (you) destroying yourself. We can help you when you let us live .
I’m a tree. My life is somewhat terrifying. Well, not exactly. But when I see my fellow friends get tortured and killed, yes. Terrifying does describe it. It’s heartbreaking to see how humans don’t understand our feelings. Forget the fact that we’re their main source of life. We too have a life. We too have the same emotions a regular human being would go through. We too are able to communicate. Just, in a different way. One thing I’ve noticed is that people kill us, make paper, and write “Save Trees!” It just doesn’t make sense! We deserve to live a full life. We give humans what they need to live and they kill us for other irrelevant purposes. I just hope that I and my friends will one day live in a world where us trees and humans live life together.
