Dearest Miss Keller:

I hope this letter finds you healthy, happy, and blessed. I have written to you as I am not used to living without your loving presence around me. I miss you badly. Without you I feel as if my world is all darkness. You are my sun.

I can’t ever thank you for bringing the light in my dark world. You gave direction to my directionless life. If I say you are God in flesh and blood, I am not exaggerating. You have not only my teacher, but a friend, companion, and mentor also. You have taught me the secrets of gaining knowledge. After I lost my sight and hearing, I was frustrated. Life seemed to be a burden. But after your advent in my life, life became a beautiful blessings. Thanks for being there. I love you. Do come back at the earliest. I miss you so much.

Yours affectionately,

Helen Keller

Dear Ma’am, It will be an unreasonableness to thank you after so long when I have reached at the age of 40 and it was many days before, I was deeply associated with you.

Anticipating that you will remember me, not because I was a brilliant student but for the amazing process of teaching you employed for my educational improvement, I wish to thank you.

What I am today, it was all for your earnest effort. God bless you ma’am. Kindest regards, Helen.
