I am principal of my school I would suspend a teacher who is not teaching anything and tease students show partiality among girls and boys and change the rule that girls can't be friends of boys and vice-versa what happens if you talk with girl people see you like an alien and introduce new ways of learning reduce as much as syllabus as possible come on the memory of brain in olden days kids are same as now but syllabus and pressure put on students is much more than olden days this is just a few there are more thing you can do as a principal. good luck ✌
