For neet the most important thing is that you have to clear your ncert science book mean that is the Base of neet then you may follow some coaching for neet.
For aiims syllabus is same as neet but that also includes general knowledge means like current affairs.

Important thing in both of them is biology subject as it is of highest marks compare to other subject.

You should prefer neet biology book which is very easily available in market.
