Cleanliness can be called as next step to godliness. We are the responsible citizens of our country and it is our duty to make our country clean. If there is garbage all over then they attract the pests, insects and mosquitoes breed on them. This causes many diseases. If we throw garbage in drains, they are chocked are hence it becomes breeding ground for insects and hence diseases are spread by these activities. It also causes a foul and bad smell.
