The government took over ownership and management. Banks were nationalized, land was established as social property, peasants were allowed to seize land from the nobility, old titles of aristocracy were banned, partition of large houses in cities were enforced according to family requirements. New uniforms were made for the army.

Impact of the February Revolution:

The Petrograd Soviet was formed. The Provincial Government was formed to run the government. Monarchy was taken down.
